• Hotel pick-up and drop-off is done only from the areas of Urgup, Goreme, Uchisar, Avanos, Cavusin, Mustafapasa, and Nevsehir
• If you are pregnant, you shouldn’t fly due to possible bumpy landings
• In case of strong wind and heavy rain, the balloon doesn’t fly, and we refund what you paid.
