First Temple Travel is a travel agency that can uniquely meet all the travel needs of its guests. We offer a variety of travel services through our website, firsttempletravel.com, including domestic and international special tour packages, hotel/accommodation, museum tickets, hot air balloon tours, guiding services, airport transfers, and travel insurance. First Temple Travel is an A-group travel agency accredited by TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) and the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN I PARTICIPATE IN CAPADOCIA?
We organize many activities such as hotel accommodations, hot air balloon tours, regional tours in Cappadocia, ATV tours, horse riding tours, camel rides, jeep safari tours, and Turkish nights.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can make your tour reservations via phone, email, or by visiting our office.

WHEN DOES MY RESERVATION BECOME FINAL?
Your reservation is considered confirmed upon signing our travel agreement, which indicates acceptance of the terms. For pre-reservation, please provide your name and surname as they appear in your passport, your Turkish ID number, and your date of birth in day/month/year format.

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE TOURS ON THE SPECIFIED DATE? CAN YOU ARRANGE A CUSTOM DATE FOR ME?
All our tours can be customized to meet individual preferences. You can send us a request for this.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS? HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?
You can secure your reservation by making a 30% down payment at the time of registration, with the remaining balance due by the reservation date.

CAN I CANCEL THE TOUR I PURCHASED LATER?
The cancellation conditions stated in the travel agreement sent to you apply for tour cancellations. In case of mandatory situations, you can additionally purchase a Travel Guarantee Package Insurance for refunds outside of these conditions. HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT FROM ABROAD?
You can securely make a payment by clicking on the one-time payment link we create for you and entering your credit card information.
