• Balloon flights are not suitable for children under the age of 7, and they cannot be accommodated
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are only available from Urgup, Goreme, Uchisar, Avanos, Cavusin, Mustafapasa, and Nevsehir
• Pregnant women are advised against flying due to potential bumpy landings
• In the event of strong winds or heavy rain, if the flight is canceled, a refund will be provided
• Optional tips for the pilot and ground staff are not included
